The 17th Annual Black College Expo (BCE) made its stop this month on Los Angeles, California where thousands of high school and college students gathered to take part in this amazing Expo. The tour is set to return to five cities in 2016. A program of National College Resources Foundation (NCRF), its initiative is to decrease the high school dropout rate and increase graduation and college enrollment rate among underserved and underrepresented youth.
